FAQ

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep

 

When will my order arrive?

All #1067 items are made-to-order, meaning your gear is created just for you.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after production

  • International shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

Please note: shipping times may increase during holidays or high-demand period

How do I return an item?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

We will gladly assist if:

  • The item is damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • You received the wrong item

What if I have a issue with shipping?
 

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors or building staff.

Review your tracking link for updates or delivery attempts.


If it’s still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help file a carrier claim.
