How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When it ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

You can also track your order anytime at 1067BRUIN.COM/track using your order number and email address.

 

 

When will my order arrive?

All #1067 items are made-to-order — this means your gear is printed just for you.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping

  • International delivery: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays)

Heads up: Shipping times may vary during holidays or special school events.

How do I return an item?

Because each item is custom printed, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Misprints, defects, or damaged items

  • Wrong size or item received

  • Please email support@1067bruin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.


We’ll replace or refund your order right away.

What if I have a issue with shipping?
 

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors or building staff.

Review your tracking link for updates or delivery attempts.


If it’s still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help file a carrier claim.
